After using the safety padlock for a period of time, even if there is no problem of stickiness, we still need to maintain the lock core regularly, usually once every six months. Generally, crushed pencils or graphite powder are added to the slot of the lock core, and the key is inserted and pushed forward several times to make the key insert and remove smoothly; but cooking oil cannot be added, which makes it difficult to unlock the safety padlock because the cooking oil will stick to it and make it difficult to unlock the safety padlock.

Normally, we also need to pay attention to the cleaning of the lock body of the safety padlock, and we must prevent foreign objects from entering the pin groove of the lock core, causing the safety padlock to be difficult to open or unable to be opened by itself; if it is difficult to open with the key, you can add kerosene, gasoline products or anti-rust lubricating oil to the lock core, and then insert the key and repeatedly plug and pull it out and turn it.
