7. After the repair or maintenance work is completed, before declaring the equipment and system to be repaired, the relevant personnel and total number of people should be fully checked to ensure that the relevant personnel present have evacuated the site and left the equipment and system.

8. Every time a safety padlock is tagged and locked, all relevant records must be properly kept to ensure that the locking and tagging are carried out in accordance with the corresponding technical specifications.
