Before locking and tagging out a security padlock, the following should be noted:

1. To check whether the security padlock itself is intact and can complete all normal applications, the query list must fill in various contents, be detailed and accurate, and only when there are no problems after querying can the padlock list be executed.

2. When locking and tagging, the required tags should be hung on the safety padlock, and then the main power switch of the equipment should be turned off.

3. After the company is locked and tagged, all employees in the management area must be informed through various channels of learning that these teaching facilities have been locked without permission and relevant research service personnel are present.  No one can arbitrarily remove the locking process of these devices. Only the person who locks the device or the authorized person is qualified to remove the locking process of the network device.

4. During construction, installation, overhaul, capital construction, maintenance, inspection and actual operation, if the stored materials are dangerous goods or the energy is easily released suddenly and cause damage, all potential risk energy should be protected and locked.

5. Before the shutdown begins, notify all operators, affected equipment and systems, and terminate related operations.

6. Employees who actually operate lockout and tagout must carefully check relevant equipment and system software, clear and disconnect all residual kinetic energy, and ensure that equipment, equipment and routes are in a zero kinetic energy state before overhaul or maintenance begins.

7. After analyzing the actual management and operation capabilities of inspection or maintenance, before the equipment and system design software announces the repair operation, the relevant service personnel and number must first be fully checked and verified to ensure that the relevant education professionals who have been on site have already evacuated the scene and left the device and system applications.

8. Records should be kept for each tag and lock to ensure that the lock and tag are carried out in accordance with the correct technical specifications for safety padlocks.
