Because safety padlocks are a common safety protection tool, many users lock and forget about them. Therefore, there may be a series of problems when locking with a safety padlock. Let’s take a closer look.
1.The lock shackle does not jump
The reason why the lock shackle does not move is mostly that the geometric tolerance of the lock shackle is too large. Insert the key into the center of the lock, rotate it to the open position, and tap it gently with a small hammer.
2. The lock cylinder does not turn.
The friction is large, the safety padlock is not used for a long time, the lock and the lock are rusted, and a small amount of diesel and gasoline can solve the problem.
The key is stuck in the lock
If the key is cut off from the root with the lock, it can be clamped directly with tweezers and other tools. If the lock core is broken in the middle, you can only remove the 7-hole seal in the lock, take it out and reinstall it, and seal it with aluminum wire.
4. The key plug is cut off.
Because it has been used for a long time, graphite is sprinkled on the key hole, and pencil lead is often used. Do not pour lubricating oil into it.
